Advertiser Terms of Service
These terms apply to every advertiser account, wallet transaction and campaign on Ringcash.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an advertiser account, funding a wallet or submitting a campaign, you accept these Advertiser Terms of Service. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Ringcash may update these terms as the platform and the markets it serves change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
2. Compliance responsibility
You are solely responsible for your ads' compliance with all applicable advertising laws in every market where they appear. This includes disclosure requirements, licensing, sector-specific restrictions and consumer-protection rules in each market you target.
Ringcash operates a moderation process, but that process is not legal advice and does not transfer responsibility for your creative or claims to Ringcash.
3. Campaign moderation
Every campaign passes a deterministic screen and a heuristic review. A campaign may be approved and set live, held for review, held until its matching audience reaches the minimum size, or rejected with a rationale visible in your console.
Campaigns held for review are usually resolved within one business day. Ringcash may pause a live campaign that accumulates subscriber reports beyond the platform threshold, and you may request a re-review.
4. Restricted categories
Restricted categories — including gambling, alcohol, pharmaceutical, financial services and political advertising — require a valid authorisation document on file before a campaign can run.
Submitting a document does not guarantee approval. Ringcash may request further evidence or decline the category in a given market.
5. Audience minimums and targeting
Your campaign activates once at least 20 matching subscribers exist. Until then it stays approved but inactive and is activated automatically when the audience reaches that size.
Subscriber attributes are voluntarily declared and revocable at any time, so audience sizes change over time. Some targeting dimensions are unavailable pending legal review and are refused at submission.
6. Rates, wallet and billing
Per-view rewards are charged from your funded wallet in the market currency. Bespoke rates are capped at two times the market benchmark rate, and the rate recorded by the ledger is the authoritative rate for billing.
Wallet balances are held for campaign spend. Ringcash publishes fee and share disclosures per market and bills only against recorded, credited views.
7. Strikes and suspension
Ringcash may issue strikes against an advertiser account for policy or legal breaches. Accounts that reach the platform strike threshold are suspended, and suspension may end campaign delivery immediately.
8. Markets and availability
Ringcash operates only in markets that are active on the platform. The available-markets page is generated live from the platform and reflects where signup and payouts are currently enabled.
See the live list of available markets for where Ringcash currently operates.
