Privacy Policy

1. Our principle

All data you share with Ringcash is optional and revocable at any time. We ask for information only where it can raise what advertisers pay to reach you, and we show you that value in cash terms before you decide.

2. What we collect

Account basics: your market, an optional display name and an optional phone number, plus a referral code we generate for you.

Optional profile data: interests, income band, employment, age band, household, education, industry, activities and hobbies, and location levels down to street if you choose to give them.

Activity data: which ads you viewed and the rewards credited to your balance, which we need in order to pay you correctly.

3. How we use it

We use your declared attributes to match you to campaigns and to calculate your earnings projection and multiplier.

Advertisers build audiences from attributes, activities and locations. They see audience sizes and campaign performance, not your identity or your individual profile.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Audience minimums

A campaign only runs once at least 20 matching subscribers exist. This minimum exists so that narrow targeting cannot be used to single out an individual.

5. Removing your data

Every attribute, activity and location level has a Remove control. Removing an item takes effect immediately and recalculates your projection, which may lower it.

You can also ask us to close your account and delete the profile data attached to it. Records we must keep for payment, tax or anti-fraud purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.

6. Payment and verification partners

To pay you, we share the minimum necessary details with the payout provider in your market. Those providers process identity and bank details under their own terms as part of required verification.

7. Storage and security

Balances and view credits are recorded in the platform ledger, which is the single source of truth for money. Access to staff tools is restricted by role and staff actions are logged.
